Choice 1: Hybrid build:

The stat breakdown would look like this at 70:
Wingo ZS-08: Attack 132, Fuel 30, Spirit 27, Agility 259 (43.5% Evasion unbuffed)
Preulde 9001: Attack 133, Fuel 30, Spirit 28, Agility 267 (44.83% Evasion unbuffed)
GenSys Ver88: Attack 133, Fuel 30, Spirit 28, Agility 265 (44.5% Evasion)
SC-Dolce-7E: Attack 132, Fuel 31, Spirit 28, Shield 17, Agility 274 (46% Evasion)

At 132+ Attack the engines you will be looking for are:
- Jet FF-I: Level 66, req 132, speed 222-285, boost 500/13, turn 103/93
- Base FF-IV: Level 63, req 124, speed 107-206, boost 335/20, turn 129/118
- Intertrans F-1: Level 67, req 132, speed 50-168, boost 254/30, turn 126/101
- I-X: Level 50, req 100, speed 103-224, boost 350/20, turn 134/128

With this build, moving forward, you should invest stat points into Agility each time you level to increase evasion. You can also research higher level engines and decide to invest into attack to meet the requirements. Due to incredibly slow levelling post-70 I would suggest Agility so you can reach near max agi by 78.
